  The Summit comes at a critical moment in Kenya’s history. As we implement the new constitution and prepare for the general elections in late 2012. The Commission’s attendance of the Kenya Diaspora Summit will be a good opportunity to give a brief on the Commissioner’s position on the Diaspora voting process and to give an update on the boundary delimitation issue which will then be in its final stage—Ahmed Isaac Hassan, Chariman .
